As a business owner or manager you must keep a written record of your fire risk assessment if your business has 5 or more people under the
Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006
In England & Wales it is a legal requirement under the Fire Safety Order 2005
In Northern Ireland it’s the Fire Safety Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010.
Our Process:
We offer a free initial visit to your property. We make an assessment of the time & costs involved in producing your fire risk assessment. This quote will be made in writing for you to consider. If you engage us to carry out your assessment we revisit your property to carry out the detailed study required to produce your documents.
Delivery:
Once your document has been written and printed, we return to your property to deliver it to you. We spend time to talk you through the documents so that you have the knowledge to put it in place and keep them up to date.
Review:
We return to your property annually or at a time of major change to review your documents, to allow changes to be made and to ‘sign them off’ for another year. This whole process shows ‘due diligence’ to your companies Health & Safety.
